Cancel, Return, and Refund Policy

Under this part of the Terms & Conditions for using products and services offered by Rucha’s Dry Fruit, ‘Return’ is understood as the action of giving back the purchased item by YOU (Buyer) to US/WE (Seller).

Cancel, Return and Refund policy manages the situations that may arise:

1. Item is defective.

2. Item is damaged during shipping.

3. Products are missing.

4. Wrong item delivered.

Return results in a refund of money paid in most cases.

1. We reserve the right to accept or reject the return irrespective of the policy.

2. If we disagree with to return request, you can file a dispute under the ‘Buyer Protection’ Program.

We encourage the Buyers to review the product listing and details carefully before making a buying decision.

In case you order the wrong item, we are not entitled to any refund/return.

You need to request for refund within 10 days from the date of payment received by us. Once you

raise a return request, you have the following options to close the return request and get a support service ticket:

1. Replacement after shipment collection

2. Refund after item collection

3. Refund without waiting for shipment collection.

4. Replacement without waiting for shipment collection.

On selected days and particular seasons, separate ‘Cancel, Return and Refund’ policies may be in force.

Replacement

Under this part of the Terms & Conditions for using products and services offered by Rucha’s Dry Fruit ‘Replacement’ is the action/process of replacing the purchased item with another. You can request for replacement if you are not satisfied with the delivered item because of a damaged item in shipping; a Defective item; a missing item; a wrong item; or else.

Only the replacement requests made within 10 days from the date of product delivery are entertained. Once we receive a replacement request, the following steps may be followed:

1. You may be asked for “Reason for Return”.

2. You will be informed whether your replacement request is “approved” or “rejected”.

3. In case we accept the replacement request, you will return the product in good condition.

4. Only after receiving the product in good condition, we will initiate the replacement process.

5. In case you do not feel satisfied, you contact the admin at Rucha’s Dry Fruit.

Refund

1. In case we do not have the requested product to replace the returned product, we can refund the money paid.

2. Refund is processed and credited automatically to the original payment channel.

3. All the shipping and replacement charges will be adjusted as per the ‘Replacement & Refund’ policy of Rucha’s Dry Fruit. You abide by our ‘Replacement & Refund’ as part of our Terms & Conditions agreement.
